Uses to Silver
There are so many uses to silver beside from its use as a bridal jewelry. They are used in photography in the form of silver nitrate that is a corrosive light and a sensitive ingredient used in film. They are also used to create the highly reflective of mirrors through a process called silvering.
Silver bridal jewelry is made with 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper since if it is made 100% silver, it would make the jewelry too soft. One main problem to silver is its tendency to tarnish. As silver is mostly exposed to oxygen, corrosion will develop thus tarnishing the silver. Because of this problem, scientists have made numerous experiments to prevent silver from tarnishing by adding different alloys to prevent it from continually tarnishing.
As it is known nowadays that silver jewelry is gaining its popularity among brides because of its affordability, style and quality. When polished and taken care of, silver can shine glamorously as gold.
