Preparing the Ceremony Location
Before planning the ceremony location, better have a talk with the manager of the location and know the specifics and restriction they have for the wedding. This is necessary since you would want to know if the place is the right place to walk with your crystal wedding jewelry.
Find out if the location especially if you are going to have an outdoor wedding ceremony that they can provide you with the materials you will need for the ceremony. The chairs, kneeling benches, candelabras, unity candles, aisle runners, and bridal archways are all necessary for your ceremony. If your location cannot provide you with these, then you will have to find a renting company that can provide you with the materials you will need.
You will also have to find out if the ceremony location has certain restrictions such as certain restrictions about ceremony attire, the strictness on the time to use the venue, and the fees you will need to pay for it. Do not forget to put your discussion in writing even if both of you agreed on everything. It is still better to have a written contract if in any case that you have a dispute.
