Planning a Wedding
Before heading to the store, to buy your groomsmen gifts or even helping your bride to do the wedding planning, talk to your parents first and discuss any financial help they can give and your bride. Any help from them will show their support for you and your bride.
Your parents as well have financial obligations toward the coming event although traditionally, it is the bride’s family who shoulder almost everything. The groom’s family can also help financing the groom’s attire and the engagement party and most of all the groom’s family can help out with the honeymoon travel.
Other obligations that the groom and his family can help as well are with the transportation, other vendors such as looking for the right photographer and even with finding the right musician for the event. The groom should also shoulder his own groomsmen gifts for his groomsmen since those are his own buddies anyway.
