Sizing the Wedding Dress
It is most common when you shop for your wedding dress that most shops will find you a bigger size than your actual size. It does not mean that you are getting fat so do not worry. In truth, most shops are not the same with your ordinary wear. You will find out soon enough that the sizes of most wedding dresses are made bigger so that the tailor can easily make the proper fitting and alterations to perfectly fit you and your curves.
That is why they commonly recommend to do the shopping of your wedding dress six months before the wedding since there are so many things that can happen on your size within that six months.
Brides can either gain weight or lose weight during the entire wedding planning and preparing the dress early is always recommended. During that time there will be a couple of alterations and fittings that would be done especially before the wedding takes place so that the dress can fit perfectly. At which time, the bride should also prepare her pearl bridal necklace to complete the overall look of the dress.
