The 24 karat gold ring has richer color, but it is more vulnerable to damage and it is the priciest of all the gold rings.

Sterling silver wedding rings on the other hand can be very affordable and they are durable. You can even find a sterling silver ring for less than fifty dollars. But unlike gold, this will need more maintenance and cleaning since they get tarnished over time.

Make sure that you will just pay them on a monthly basis so that you will not start your wedding full of debts.
